This Agreement includes Talent HQ policy for acceptable use of our services and the content posted on or through Talent HQ and your rights, obligations and restrictions regarding your use of Talent HQ and the content posted on or through Talent HQ. In order to participate in certain Talent HQ services, you may be notified that you are required to download software or content and/or agree to additional terms and conditions from Talent HQ or its partners. Unless otherwise provided by the additional terms and conditions applicable to Talent HQ in which you choose to participate, those additional terms are hereby incorporated into this Agreement.
Talent HQ operates a website which provides a service to approved companies such as, but not limited to, agents and managers (herein referred to as your representative), film and television production companies and studios, advertising agencies, theatre companies, event management companies, casting directors, directors and producers and their assistants (hereby referred to collectively as “Industry Professionals”) to search and source talent, product and services for their production / event. All enquiries for your services will be directed through your assigned and Talent HQ approved manager or agent.
Please choose carefully the information you post on Talent HQ. Your profile may not include any form of Prohibited Content – see Section below on Prohibited Content. Despite this prohibition, information, materials, products or services provided by other Talent HQ subscribers (for instance, in their profile) may, in whole or in part, be unauthorized, impermissible or otherwise violate this Agreement, and Talent HQ assumes no responsibility or liability for this material. If you become aware of misuse of the Talent HQ by any person, please click on the "Contact Us” link at the bottom of the Talent HQ Website pages.
Talent HQ reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, refuse to post or remove any posting (including media, photos) by you, or to deny, restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of Talent HQ at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice or explanation, and without liability. Talent HQ expressly reserves the right to remove your profile and/or deny, restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of Talent HQ if Talent HQ or its Managers determine, at their sole discretion, that you have violated this Agreement or pose a threat to Talent HQ and/or its Users.

You have the right to cancel your membership with Talent HQ and claim a refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment to Talent HQ, provided you have not used any of the following features of the site: Been submitted for any roles listed via our site by your representative, received or made any contact through the site.
